I bought a Videocon d2h HD Satellite Box in June 2012. Before the expiry of the one month’s free Platinum HD package, on 14 July, I recharged the account for Rs. 1,200 and opted for the package Super Gold for 6 months. According to the message I received over telephone as well as being advertised through ‘Videocond2h.com’website the subscriber is entitled for 25 days free additional use upon advance payment for 6 months. But my account did not reflect the additional days. Written and over the telephone requests to the company have not elicited any positive response.
The company, Videocon d2h is cheating the customers by false promises through their advertisements. Consumers beware!
