HELP TO REPLACE MY PRODUCT DURING THE REPLACEMENT PERIOD

Location/place: Badarpur, New Delhi

Dear sir / Madam,
I, Rekha Jana w/o Soumyadeb Jana, purchased a SAMSUNG Refrigerator (S’SUNG-REF-DC-190L-RA19FDLB1, Amount Rs. 13988/- & SALE ORDER NO.-0056645847) on 23RD June 2012 from Reliance digital store of Reliance Mart 12/7,21km stone, NH-2, near sarai khaja, Sec.-35, Faridabad-121003 & store phone no: 0129-4161085. But I am not satisfied with product because the product is not in good condition & not working properly.
For the mentioned reason I want to replace the same product as per Reliance retail Exchange policy within 7 days of purchase. Having being unsatisfied I went to Reliance mart on 26th June 2012, after 2 days of delivery, to put my facing problems to sales executive of Reliance mart & prayed for replacement or credit voucher against my refrigerator bill amount but they people are saying we do not replace electronic materials if the seal is broken & They told me to contact at SAMSUNG customer care, if there is any difficulty in the product they will repair or they will deliver other SAMSUNG Refrigerator. I putting my complain from 25th June, 2012 to Samsung customer care (contact no.-1800-3000-8282 & complain no.-8435555078) but whenever I do contact to their executive they give me the same answer “our technician will be at your home with an hour’’ but still they have not come. Now as per Reliance digital Retail Ltd. Return Policy within 7 days after purchase I want to replace my product or money back.
Kindly help me and advice me what should I do right now…. and where should I go for to solve my problem.
