Faulty Product Delivered

Hi,

I had ordered a pair of Reebok Watches online on 03rd April 2012 & received the same in broken condition on 15th April 2012. After speaking to company & so much of discussion they asked me to return the product.

I spent Rs 200/- more on courier & returned the product to them & also got confirmation call from 100bestbuy.com that they have received the product back but still I haven’t got my money REFUNDED neither any replaced product.
