dear sir i have booked a flat in hdil metropolis more than 2 years now the builder has promised possesion in dec 2011 and still 70% work only has been done my recent visit to the site i saw no work going on. they say it would take another 1 year , pls help me in this regard as i have taken loan and am losing money due to the delay in project

patient..last year spoke to mr anand almeria he told me soft key possesion wld be given june 2013..my husband is 72 yrsold and is looking forward to enjoying his
investments we come from the caribean island barbados ..told mr anand pls email me progress etc .. absolutley no reply.. its so inhuman.. and i have left and paid on time the dues they have send me letter 2lac interest?? we are retired ..and have left all my nre cheques wth my real estate agent in bbay Mr manu ..Guru estate .. kindly advise and help
