I had ordered gifts in thousands to send to my dear one on his birthday.
Since morning i was waiting for it to b delivered. I emailed several times and then finally called them to know that they would make the delivery by 7 eve. More than half of the bday mood is over by then. When i called at 8, they said we cant contact our vendor right now but it wil b delivered today. Again i kept mum. Next morning , still they don’t bother to inform me. When i emailed them firmly, they replied twicw by saying order has been successfully delivered. wat a joke to coverup things??
My order is still pending and these people dont bother to reply my emails.
Worst experience ever. Waste of time … Money and hell lot of emotional distress.
