HDFC Ergo is totally fraud and never wants to clear reimbursement amount. I have claimed for post hospitalization (Ref ID: 48196 & 48197) for amount of Rs 33002/- but they have cleared amount of 1500 (Approx). When I asked for the reason then they told me that amount is not related to post hospitalization. However, entire amount is related to post hospitalization only. I have submitted original bills to HDFC ergo and they can verify with doctor as well. This is the second time I am facing the same issue. I don’t know why they are not ready to give reimbursement amount but at the time of renewal they are ready to take renewal fee.
I had a word with TPA of HDFC Ergo and as per them they do not cover Homeopathy after post hospitilization but I went to Homeopathy treatment once I got confirmed from Hydrabad & Gurgaon HDFC ergo TPA.
If they told me that they dont cover Homeopathy then why should I have gone for Homeopathy. I asked 3-4 times and they told that yes you can go for Homeopathy. However, I am ready to submit missing document but I need my money back as
I have paid all amount via my credit card.
Kindly look into this issue and help me to get my reimbursement money back from HDFC ergo.
