Airtel is a fraud company charging for the services not been used by the customers

Hi,

I have been using airtel prepaid no. 9831144424 (kolkata circle) for last 5 yrs

In past 2-3 days airtel people are charging me for downloading some pics. thru airtel live which was absulately incorrect and balance was also deducted from my account.
When i called the customer care people they are blaiming customer that you have probably downloaded this thru other means on to it when i said i vl go to consumer court, after few minutes hot discussion they said that ok, your balance will be credited back and such thing will not be repeated.

However, i have not requested the same.

My point is that this kind of sin practice is on for many yrs and there must be many victims specially lower class people who dont even know that the company is charging them.

This is pathetic and very wrong practice Airtel are doing.

requesting you kindly take some strict action agains this
