Hi,
I am using HDFC Bank Credit Card from last more than 2 years, and I pay regularly all the payments.This time I could not able to the last outstanding but I inform the Customer Executive that I’ll pay till end of this month (july 2010). But still I receive lots of call from the recovery agents and they say that they are calling from HDFC Bank. Today morning 24July, I receive a call to one Recovery Agent and she was saying that she is calling from Bank and I tell her that my exams are going on so I’ll pay online till end of this month. But after that she abused and call to her supervisor and he also say in abusing way.
I want to ask from Bank this is this the right way to recover the amount? This is totally Mental Harassment. This is the first time some one talk to me like this. I request you to please take any serious action against the Bank and Recovery Agents.
