Dear Sir,
Iam pramod and i taken loan from HDFC bank of Rs 145000/- and i paid Rs 4466 *13 months EMI and now i have no jobs and sufferingfrom lot of financial issues . I did informed the bank officials regarding the same and some agent who came and take amoount of Rs 15000/- again as full and final settlement and he dint give the receipt. he told no calls will be received here after after this was in month of April end. and after this i tried calling for receipt but mobile was switched off and invalid number. till all this days i dint followed up and i dint get any calls from bank nor from Agency, but all of a sudden now they started calling from last few days and threatning me like anything and they abusing me bad lang… they giving mental torture . now i dont have any other option apart from comitting sd. please review the case and also permit me to take some days. i will repay the amount after 1 year or so of final settlement and please help me avoid getting calls from his executive. if anything happens for me for giving metal harresment . HDFC will be sole responsible for situation. Please help me get out of this. more over when the executive said its F&f and ask to pay 15000/- why do i need to pay the ampount again. please check and help me as cusotmer. thanks and your faithfull pramod loadn number loan number 18413000.
