Have not been Intimidated about my number being disconnected and transferred to another person

My Name is Lorina (9422389728)I had an Airtel number which I use only for Internet on my I Pad (9665265184),I have been using this number for the past couple of months. Recently I had to travel abroad for my Husbands treatment and so din’t use this number for a month, today I went to refill it for Rs.1200/- and without being notified the Airtel office in Panjim went ahead with the payment, later after realising that there was still no service I went back to them and that’s when they informed me that the number has been transferred and the money I refilled has gone to that other person. I have complained to the Nodal Officer Ms. Sheetal Lotlikar (9987234865) and she is not able to solve this. Please help me out.
