I had won a free gift voucher of 6 nights and 7 days free stay at country club properties. I was called to attend 1 hour presentation with my wife at their office at SHOP NO-15, FIRST FLOOR, METROWALK MALL, RITHALA, NEW DELHI. There one MR. MANOJ and the manager, MR. J. P. YADAV did the presentation and I was repeatedly asked to take membership of Country Club India. When I told them it was not in our budget, they said that if i took 10 years vacation membership on my wife’s name, rates will come down from Rs. 85,000 to Rs. 70,000. They also lured me with complimentary offers like extra 5 weeks holidays, free entry to all club events, free club membership to zinc clubs, all VIP passses anywhere, Blue with White services and free site seeing in chartered buses. The same day I made a downpayment of Rs. 20,000 for BLUE STUDIO VACATION MEMBERSHIP. I was told to pay rest of money by EMI scheme for 24 months. After coming back, I checked on internet about the company and came across the frauds done by the company previously. I asked them to refund my money of RS 20000. They said that the money was not refundable, but promised me to adjust the money in exchange for a holiday package of 6 nights/7 days. When i asked them for a written official agreement regarding this holiday package , they refused. They only made verbal promises. When I insisted on this, they ignored me and my phone calls.
Besides, when I had previously checked on country club’s official site regarding my holiday gift voucher, I found my e-mail i.d. wrongly mentioned. I had asked several times to MR. MANOJ to have my e-mail i.d. corrected, but in vain. I tried to contact the country club vacatiion’s department through the phone nos. mentioned in the voucher on several occasions, but no one attended to the calls. Perhaps, the phone nos. are fake.
I feel the company is a total fraud and I request you to take essential steps to get my money “Rs. 20,000” refunded as early as possible.
