Dear Sir,
I am taken a reliance netconnect+ from Mr Sanjay (his Mob No is 9266664466)through online on 13 Jul 2012. I have submitted all the required documents during purchasing of netconnect+. On 21 Jul a call came from No +918743844639 and he told me that “I am from reliance verification cell, I come to verify you address. You give me some documents.” Sir on that time I am not in my home and I replied him that you will come in Monday i.e 23 Jul 2012. On same day i.e. 21 Jul 2012 a call came me from reliance verification office and tell me that my rep will visit on your home on Monday again. You will give him required documents.” I agreed with him. But on the same day my net connection stopped. When I call to customer care they tell me that your connection has stopped due to negative verification. I wait to reliance verification cell rep on Monday i.e. 23 Jul 2012 but no body came to me for collection of documents. After my complaint to customer care reliance rep will come in 30 Jul 2012 for verification. I will handed over all the document to Mr Ashok Mob No +918743844639. He told me that your net will running from today evening. But after many requested my connection will not start by to-day. Nobody give me satisfactory reply. Please help me.
