Disputed Transactions

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: SBI Credit Card

Hi I’ve SBI Gold credit card. I made a transaction 1250/- through it online but transation didn’t get successful. & I neither got a Reciept No.(instead a page error) from Merchant Side not a Transaction No. from SBI Card side but the ammount has been deducted from my account. The I contacted to SBI credit Card Customer Care n they told me to submit a dispute from I did the same. But still inspite of providing all the details they didn’t respond solid…& even after a month they r saying they will investigate and every month they are sending me the bill with the Disputed amount including..even more the interest of that amount (because I did not pay the disputed ammount).
