Hi Team,
I would urge you to take a look at customer service of Hathway broadband Pune. My services for broafband our down since 13/04/15 and have contacted the customer car3 for the same and have raised several complaints and is assured of an engineer visit to resolve the problem. However, despite of the complaints launch I have not been attended to get this resolved. Have been speaking to all possible authorities but no solution granted and is asked to contact them as per their convenience.
Please ensure if this can be looked into and possibly a stern feedback to be assured to attain better customer oriented service to Hathway.
