Hello,
I am a Hathway Internet user with my account number as 1104013, It has been since one week I am calling customer care at Hathway for my Internet Connection not working.
I am told every day by call center employees that by 12 noon an engineer will be visiting my place to see what the problem is, however I do not receive any call or any visit at my place.
I have paid three months of money in advance and now I am bound to use it.
I would request you to let me know if my problem would be resolved or should I request for disconnection.
Hope to get some response from your end.
