Name of company/service: Hathway Cable and Datacom Ltd
With Ref to Hathway Bangalore Broadband account # 896203. I am punching hard to say this was one of my worst experiences that I have ever had. The customer service and billing department are so lousy that they don’t even bother to respond to my emails. There was an online payment made on 03rd March for Rs 2230.00, 1500.00 and 1500.00. All three transactions failed and do not appear on your records. I have emailed all required transaction IDs to concerned teams via email. No email response, every time I call to get a response that our finance team is working and will reverse the amount in 2 to 3 working days. How ridiculous.. its more than 15 days and none of their employees are bothered to own this and resolve to get my money back on my account..
