Hi,
I have unfortunately taken a Reliance broad band connection in 2010. I used it for around 4 months and paid all monthly bills. Finally I requested for closing the connection in the month of April 2010. After 3 months I got a legal notice saying that I need to pay around 3000 for Reliance as the bill. I paid the total amount in the month of July. And I felt like the harassment is over.
But today 20th March 2013 I got a call from Delhi saying that there is complaint lodged in delhi Court and I need to pay Rs.25,000.
There should be some end to everything, but why not for this harassment. How may times do I need to pay for the connection which I don’t use. Going for reliance connection is my mistake ???
Similar thing happened for my RelianceNetConnect+ connection also. It’s very unfair to play these things with Customers, ideally for whom a company should be really reliable.
