Please find below the summary of the complain
-June 2011- two hand sets (8453562600 and 8453562400) received by door to door sales man paid PDC and signed ECS
-July/August got a call to make payment without the bill-went to BTM layout koramangala, Bangalore and made payment.
-August/September Again the demand to make payment without the receipt of bill- demanded to take back the hand set which was also faulty.(meanwhile number disconnected-incoming/ outgoing)
-complained by mail and phone to take the handset back- kept receiving bills now for the instrument.
-December 3rd finally an executive came and collected both instruments but did not return the cheques (as requested to the call center executive previous day)
-Cheques not returned where as on 30th December 2011 cheques dropped in bank without informing me,bounced due to insufficient funds. Complained again- made stop payment for other cheques.
-Received legal notice, replied back with facts.
-2 months back ECS cleared from my bank for 17,000 (did not know ecs has to be stopped by requesting the bank)complained again and demanded to return back my money, mean time receiving bills for handsets I don’t possess and already surrendered on 3rd Dec 2011
-Got an intimation for court summon for 17th August 2012
just because I have been constantly in touch with MTS and regularly complaining, do I really go through all this. I request you to look into this matter,help me and sue the company for harassment.
