Billing hassels

I am customer of tikona, in April 2011 I applied for wireless rounter, this router never get installed at my home, but every month I am getting charged for rental of wireless router, I did various complaint but Tikona did not pay any attention, after repeated complaints, tikona did not revert it back , this continues for July 2012 ( Almost 15 months), during this time frame I did not pay for wireless router charge, but did pay my regular bill as per my Tikona plan, the remainder 75 rs and late chages accumulated and tikona diconnect the connection, as I need internet connection so I paid charges and tikona guarantee waiver and reversal of all charges, but in next bill I got everything as per earlier. This is totally mental frustration for me, I am so frustrated with this issue and so putting complaint over on this forum, I don’t know if this is right forum, I am also going to file case in court against tikona and asking for 50000 rs for compensation or all mental frustration.
