harrassing customer service

I bought a whirlpool (205-MAGIC PRM 5S WINE FIESTA W/O DRAWER INC142410552 ) FRIDGE ,on 29th september. But just after 3 months its cooling is not working. I lodged a complain with the company on 13th of january, but till now there is no reply from the company. They are not responding. I have a patient in my home for which the the fridge is required. But after 20 days of complaint in the warranty period the company is not responding in positive way. They are just cheating with the customer after selling a fridge. I don’t want this fridge anymore. The company have to replace this fridge.
