sir my tata sky id is 1030383440 and the connection is on my father’s name Ravindr singh ..on jan 28 I recharged my account with 270 rupees which is my monthly consumption so I got next due date 28 feb to recharge but on 1st february they added a active music pack without my permission. when I called to customer care then they said that they got confirmation from my side then thay added this pach but I didn’t told them to add this pack ..they are lying. I can prove it with my call details of mobile number on which they called according to them ..sir please resolve my problem
