I have ordered 16pcs Bar Set on 5th June ’12 through Indiatimes Shopping no.08010058888 and my Order no. is 3001169601.
On 12th June, at around 7pm the courier through Blue Dart (AWB No.59012777040) is been delivered at my residence and as communicated, the entire cost of the product along with delivery charges been paid to the courier person. Upon my return, when I opened the box, to my surprise, it has 2 sets of plastic containers.
Despite making various complaints to their post sales queries\complaint nos. 011-45738522 & 45738533, the order is not yet delivered. 15 days back they have picked the wrongly delivered product also and ensured that within 48-72 hrs, the ordered product will be delivered. But there’s nothing till date!!
I am a working professional and do not have time to call Indiatimes repeatedly for the status of delivery. They are taking their own sweet time for the delivery and enjoying the benefits of payments of customers like me. I have used other online portals for different products, but never faced such an unprofessional conduct ever. This is completely improper from the company like Indiatimes!!
