This complaint is with regards to a ongoing complaint with the phone service, My phone # is 9900994786.
So called internet pack was activated on my number (9900994786) in the month of January without my knowledge and the bill had shot upto Rs 9000.00. I was not aware of the situation because My messages service was deactivated for the past 3 years due to their internal technical problem.
Now they claim they sent me a msg to inform me about the internet pack knowing the fact that I had raised a complaint regarding not receiving msgs.
I have already raised a complaint regarding the bill dispute with Airtel but there seems no action to be taken. Despite the fact that its their mistake I have tried following up with them being patient but they don’t seem to understand and I always end up in the dead end.
Iam being HARASSED everyday by airtel regarding this and they have also disconnected my number as well.
I request you to please look into this issue as thus is a matter of due principals.
