Harassment by Quikr.com

I have purchased a unboxed oneplus Two from quikr.com and due to defective in product i send it for replacement twice and lastly they told me that will be returning back my amount.
I have send the mobile phone oneplus Two on 25/05/2016 for replacement as there were issues with the mobile .. and on 30th of may i called quikr support and they informed that they will not be able to replace mobile as there is no mobiles available so they have processed for the refund after few days i called again and ask about the status of my refund they told me that the refund is confirmed and i will be receiving end of this week ( This week here means till 4th june) , So after confirming everything i took money from my friend on interest and bought another phone, now again on 4th i called then they told me that within this week on any day i will be receiving my amount. Now today again i called for the status of my refund now they are telling that i will be receiving my amount on next week…

Now i don’t know what to do as every week i am paying interest of rs.2000 and you people are not sending my amount …

Even on last Saturday i told customer executive that if you are not sending my money then i will go to consumer forum then they replied that sir plz wait for one week after that you can take any action you want to take so i waited now again the situation is the same….
