harassment of Customer(USERId-237313371904) from Reliance

Name of company/service: Reliance Broadband

I am a customer of reliance broadband services(UID- 237313371904). I have raised a complain regarding Internet not working on 24/08/2013(Req. ID- 204175463). But, the problem was not resolved and I have made another request for this on 26/08/2013(Req Id- 207938727). But the problem was not resolved. This time when I asked the customer care for the status of this particular complainID they have informed me that these particular complain IDs are from Gujrat(what a irresponsible customer care). I have raised another complain on 31/08/2013(Req Id- 208263029). But, even today(04/09/2013) they are telling me work in progress(officially). On very first day on 24/08/2013, I have came to know that, the local joint box(through which the Internet connection is distributing) got damaged and needs to be replaced. Even I, as a outsider of the reliance network came to know that the box has not came (from Banglore to ballygaunge) even today. But, I dont know how much irresponsible and unconscious reliance is to its customers, so that the box is not replaced yet. And, I am the customer who is suffering the problem and end of the month they will send me the bill with a due date and If I am not able to pay the money within due date I have to give late fee. I want to know, what about this delay which is doing reliance with me. Who will pay for this loss, harassment? Will reliance pay late fee to the customer as they charged for late payment from customer end? – Why the customer care is that much irresponsible so that I have raised a complain from Howrah, WB and they converted it to Gujrat. Is it the way how Reliance bypass their fault and end of the month they will charge from customer. – Above all no one is able to tell me when the problem will resolve(Though officially they assured me 24 hours will be sufficient to them to resolve the problem). Already 9 days has been passed out from the date of raising the request. I will simply terminate my connection if the problem is not resolved today itself. There are so many companies are waiting for giving the broadband connections.
