delayed service and fooling costumers

I had purchased a miccromax smart phone A68 on december 28th 2012 . It’s screen got crashed so i gave for repair . The warranty is applicable. I gave for repair at the authorised service centre sreetel located at chikkadpally hyderabad . I gave it for repair on july 31st 2013 . they told that it will take 15 days because the parts have to come from delhi . And then when on 15th aug 2013 i went to receive my phone they told it will take another 10 days as the parts dint come from delhi . now they were testing my patience . they told me that they cannot do anything until the parts come and gave the service managers no. 9966688850 . he did not pick my phone for two days and on the third day when i told him he spoke to me in a rude manner and told me that he ll give me the phone by end of august . i told him that i ll complain in the consumer court also but still there was no reaction by those people . now its a very long time they are still not sure when will they return my phone . i want u to file my case and tell them to replace my handset or give me my money that i spent on the phone back . u can contact me at 9030261307. please take srict action against them .
