Harassment for not updating the records as per SV/TV/CTA Form

All was well with HP Connection with Paul HP Gas Co. The problem started since the dealer was changed to Ms. Tap Trisa. First of all the SV/TV/CTA Form was quoted with 2 cylinders(since we have double cylinder connection). However surprisingly the truth is unveiled when TAP Trisa released a red book recently that is misquoted with 1 cylinder connection. Also the price shown is wrongly quoted as per single cylinder connection. When we reported the matter to the officials at M/s. Tap Trisa, we were surprised with their rude behaviour. Ultimately, they did not entertain this and referred us to speak to Paul Gas co. When we reached at the Paul Gas co. they referred to the SV/TV/CTA where it was correctly quoted as double cylinder connection. Added to further frustration when we reached again to M/s. Tap Trisa to report the matter, they simply did not allowed us to enter their office premises. Instead they ignored with their very rude behaviour. Very depressed with the fact, when we have valid documentation at our hand that proves our double cylinder connection then how come you can forcefully implement single cylinder aspect to us. Isnt this a scam and intentional spread of fear within my family members. I being a busy executive will not bear this neither prepared to waste my time any more. I have decided to report this matter to the consumer forum as well as file a case against you along with compensation against harassment, in case this matter is not resolved within the next 3 to 4 days time starting from today (29th. November, 2012).
