As per the instruction of the Vodafone gallary people near Ghatkopar Railway station I have submitted all he documents and got postpaid connection 9819407486. But after 2 days phone was disconnected. On enquiry they instructed to submit the latest address proof again. On submission it is reconnected. Again outgoing calls are blocked. Proper replies are not received from the gallary. On enquiry at your toll free number it is informed that latest address is not updated at your end, which is not all my fault.
So kindly activate the outgoing call facilities or refund the Rs.99/ paid by me and compensaion Rs.5000/ being the cost of complaint and metal agony suffered. Pl instruct the gallary people to behave properly also.
