Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had been using Tata Docoma Photon Plus Harp 5 GB@5000 Capping Plan with Tata Docomo No 09243211681 and Account No: 910319642.
I had disconnected the services in September 2012 ( Service request- 327954465 raised on Sep 23’2012 and resolved on Sep 30’ 2012) and my Tata photon dongle had been de-active since then.
The final bill was settled on Oct 10’2012 with an amount Rs 1100 (Receipt No- 5577804/ Transaction No- 330016678) at Tata Docomo shop- 30/1, Hosur Main Road, Silicon TVH Building, Koramangala- 560095.
After my de-activation Tata Docomo has been still sending me bills though I have informed their customer care executives and the executives who keep bugging me, about the details of my de-activation.
There is a set of calls which keep coming for offers, another set which calls saying since I have disconnected with them so they will give me better offers if I re-join and another set asking me about bills.
Recently, since last month they have started threatening me with legal angle, saying if I don’t pay they will put case against me. To my dismay whenever I have tried to explain they disconnect the call.
Today, also I had got calls from two numbers (9891959210 and 9891979034) threatening the legal action. They haven’t responded for their names and when I tried to explain at one time it was said that I have to just pay and at other time it was disconnected.
Henceforth, please address this issue, and help me come out of the psychological trauma they have created around me.
