harassment by reliance digital

respected sir
i am Arka Saha. from kolkata. i bought a washing machine on 20/10/2013 but when i recieved the product i found the right side was dent so i complained to reliance digital. But i think they are not taking any strict action against my complaint pls help me out. I TOOK THE PRODUCT FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL, ADDRESS:222, NFC Bose Road, Bansdroni, Kolkata- 700047, West Bengal
I PAID THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF RS 28562 IN CASH IN 20/10/13. SO THE THING WHICH I NEED RIGHT NOW IS SOMETHING WRITTEN DOCUMENT IN DATE WILL BE SPECIFIED THAT I AM GOIENG TO RECIEVE THE FRESH PRODUCT. PLS HELP ME OUT SIR
