i purchase a “GOOD KNIGHT ADVANCE” active + system from reliace market, rajkot ( a division of reliance retail) store. they billed Rs.99.00 me for this particular item. Retail invoce no. 903249000730300069 dt.: 30-10-2013 printed price for this product is Rs. 72.00 (inclusive all taxes) after checking invoice after one hour i go to reliance market rajkot store and complaint about this to store’s staff member Mr. dhaval chudasama and Mr. vipul chudasama. they refuse to give my money back and behave very rudely with me and my wife. they talk in very poor (gali)language to us. and told that do what you want to do. we will not give you a money back. they refuse give me contact no. of store’s manager or any superior authority and told that it is our company policy.
amount is very small but it is clear that reliace market is cheating his customer. they are looting customer. so please do needful and give your direction about matter.
