I Debabrata Das want to lodge a complaint against consumer product dealer named SALES EMPORIUM of Kolkata (Nager Bazar br). On 3rd of june I booked a split air conditioner machine of BLUE STAR company for 1 ton & paid full amount of Rs.26800/- in advance bill no.00477/2012-13, at the time of booking they promised to delivery within 4 days but they failed & delivered the same after 7 days on 9th of june’12 but again they did careless job by delivered 1.5 tonnage indoor set with 1 ton out door set which not installable due technical problem. Now from here start more harassment for me , they are starting non co operation & not informed properly when this issues can be resolved even not received ph calls of mine.When I ask my money back & return the discrepant product they are intentionally star fake talks like product is on the road & will delivery morning etc but all are false information’s. Request to take necessary action on customer’s harassment of this kind of traders.
