I have purchased two Samsung split AC Serial no.E163PPIC202194 and E163PPIC202199 on 3rd June 2012. Both the AC installed but not cooling from the first day. Dealer had stopped attending any complaints immediately after the sale and after many complaints atcustomer complaints, nothing worked till date. I want them to take the AC back and return my money. Also to pay for damage to walls etc due to fittings. I am fully dissatisfied with product and after sale service.
