HANDSET STOPPED WORKING

With Reference to Workorder Number SE309RJK11500

I purchased THREE Sony Ericsson P1i Handsets costing Rs.20,000/- each,totaling Rs.60,000/-.
ONE of the handsets stopped working and I gave it to the service center on 17 Aug,2009 where i was told that it will be returned in 8-10 days.
Today, its 9 Sep,2009 and i am still being told that i have to wait for another one week. What sort of nonsense is this?

I am being harassed by the so called Customer Care Number 1800111800.
They say something and on calling the next day, they same something else.
