I PURCHASE A NEW MICROMAX X-324 HANDSET ON 25/11/2012,MY HANDSET HAVE A PROBLEM IN JUST UNDER 40 DAYS AND MICROMAX MOBILE GIVE ME THE WARRANTY 365 DAYS.SO I GO TO THE SERVICE CENTER ON 03/01/2013 AND HANDSET WILL BE SUBMITTED BY MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER AND SERVICE CENTER EMPLOYEE SAY ME THAT YOUR HANDSET WILL BE REPAIRED WITH IN 7 DAYS.BUT STILL NOW 21 DAYS ARE GO AND MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER DON’T REPAIR MY HANDSET AND SAY ME TODAY THAT WE HAVE NO PARTS AVAILABLE NOW AND YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT MORE 15 DAYS.WHAT CAN I DO.I DOT USE MY HANDSET PROPERLY 40 DAYS AND SERVICE CENTER ARE STILL NOT REPAIR MY HANDSET

    I have purchased a micromax handset C115 on 29 dec 2012, then after 5 days it was dead automatically and i visited on service center on 8th jan 2013 they said we will send it to the head office for repairing. Then after 7 days i.e on 15th Jan 2013 i again visited they had hand over me old handset and told this is your set. On that day they told me come after 7 days i.e 22nd Jan 2013we will give you your ok handset. On 22 Jan 2013 I again visited for my handset when i asked for problem is in handset they said we have changed the complete board of the set. Now on 23rd phone does not switch on after 45 minutes charging.

    bhai same these people do always

    i m given set two weeks back for replacement of canvas a110 but no reply from company ultimately i sent notice to company lets see this week co responds unless i file suit against company
