Name of company/service: Reliance Broadband Fixed line
Pathetic customer support by reliance communications and after several complaints filled and followups done by myself, no action taken by company and its technical team to make my broadband connection work since last 1 month.
3 Complaints were filled with following complaint numbers issued by reliance – 1st complaint No. 183963747, 2nd complaint no. 184189320, 3rd complaint no. 184274643.
My username/consumer number for reliance broadband connection is 326737147742. I will be thankful if some strong action is taken against such companies so that complaints are being heard properly and work order not closed unless the problem is resolved and customer is informed.
