Airtel has failed to refund Rs 4,500 which has been incorrectly debited from my account

Name of company/service: Airtel – 3G Broadband

I am having the following problems with my airtel prepaid number 9997320378:

1. I had tried recharging this number with Airtel 3G 10GB internet pack on Friday, 10.08.2012, using my Axis Bank debit card. The recharge was not successful, but Rs 1,500 were debited from my account. I got a message saying that the amount would be credited back to my account within 4 days, but that has not happened yet even after almost 2 weeks.

2. I again tried recharging my number with Airtel 3G 10GB internet pack on 21.08.2012, but was not successful. I made two attempts, and each time Rs 1,500 was debited from my Axis bank account, but the 10GB internet recharge was not successful.

In all of this, a total of Rs 4,500 has been debited from my account, while my 3G internet has not been recharged at all.

I request that this amount should be credited back to my Axis bank account as soon as possible.
