As we bought the Wet Grinder Ultra Grind + Gold in the month of 4/12/13 from Saravana Stores, Madipakkam.
We lodged 1st complaint about the product to the company on 1st March 2014 .(FIR nO,1310177) Problem not resolved.
Subsequently complaints made to the company on 21/08/14 FIR No.1403734;
3rd complaint FIR No.1405246 dated 13/10/14
4th Complaint FIR no.1406086 dt 27/10/14;
Technicians attended and problem not resolved.
We are facing very difficult while grinding it takes so many hours to grind. We have to strain physically to grind the flour.
Majesty, Please look into this matter and do the needful.
