GRIEVANCE OF WRONG BILLING, INADEQATE SERVICES,THREATENING EMAILS.

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: YAVATMAL,MAHARASHTRA,INDIA&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: VODAFONE INDIA</p>One of the telecomunication company boasting fare services vodafone india failed to send me data usage alerts,when services claimed that it will give all data usage allerts at it own.Earlier therewere no service to check data usage for postpaid customers by self, hence customer has to totaly relie on service alerts though myself too.
I had activated data pack on DECEMBER 23 2012,at the end of month i made inquiry about plan whether i need to reactivate plan or not that time i came to know that plan will go on automaticaly.so i was relying on service alerts. next month my data pack got deactivate,and service did not send any alert or intimation of deactivation of data pack.as there were no facility to check status of data pack i kept my phones auto synchronising system on as i were assuming that my data pack is active and unknowingly unnecessory charges incured on me.
I conversate this issue over phone and through emails with customer care department of company but all went invain,company suspended my number.Thereafter i prommiced to company through email that i will clear all dues in installments as i was wrongly billed the bill was over than my monthely estimated budget.although i showed commitment towards clearing bill in installment and paying first installment of rs.1500,company send me threatning email of lodging criminal complaint against me.therefor i am here to put my grievance.please look into the matter and help me out.
