excess call cost yet i use power palan.

Name of company/service: tata docomo

my number is 9046324449,
i entered in power plan of rs.57/- on 02/04/2013 for 1.2paise/6sec. onnet call for 90 days. but when i call on another tata docomo no several time my plan not working.
and when i call on 198 for complaint, when it transferred to customer care with saying “why you wait in line, knows your offer at ….” line was disconnected automatically. what type of customer service is this??????
