I have GPRS pack activated on my number, but I am unable to use GPRS services due to some problem from Provider, for this I have called Reliance Customer Care more than 20 times in last 4 days to, but they always says that we have send your complaint to backend department and it will take maximum 3 days to get it resolved, but even after fifth day I am facing the same issue, there is not any resolution. I cannot use services because of their fault, but still they will keep charging me and send me the bill for entire month.
As I am a IT professional so I really need internet on my phone, for this I have request Reliance Customer Care services so much, as they are mot resolving this so I am getting mentally frustrated.
