GPRS Balance worth Rs. 398 Not Activated

Name of company/service: Vodafone IN

I have bought a new Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos from “Flipkart.com” and it delivered to me 16.04.2013. As per mobile box cover and vodafone offer liflet I can get 2GB of 2G data for two month if I insert a Voddafone SIM. I entered vodafone SIM on the same day 16.04.2013. but till now I did not get the GPRS balance of worth 2×199 = 398. I went to vodafone store two times to make complaint about this, they told me that they have made complaint about this but they refused me to give complaint number. This offer is valid till 31.04.2013. Please help me to get my GPRS balance before the offer period ends.
