I placed an order for sports shoe and paid the required amount on 17-Oct-2017 morning and received a confirmation as well as info. stating that the item would be shipped by 18-Oct-2017 but to my surprise the status all of a sudden on 19-Oct-2017 morning changed to “Shipping Soon” status.
I even called the cust. care and explained the issue to the Executive who in turn told me that at any circumstance the item would be shipped today (very soon) but even after 4 hours of my talking with the executive, sending email to the Help desk of Amazon/ posting the details of my issue on Facebook, there is no response from Amazon which clearly shows that Amazon has already cheated me by supporting the seller who is supposed to have shipped the item by now but instead getting support from Amazon for not sending the item thus far.
I think that Amazon likes to dictate terms as I have already paid the amount and INTENTIONALLY TRYING TO SHOW its monopoly to show the world that the customers will be ill-treated/ harassed from Amazon’s side if the customer raises any issue either against them or against the seller. I think that Amazon is tell the customers have to listen to them even after paying the amount and that the customers have to be at Amazon’s mercy, which I feel is both cheating and harassing the customer.
