Getting wrong bill scince two mothns

Hi, my name is Prasanna, bearing an RBL credit card ending with 9200 Since 2 months I am getting the wrong bill which in getting tallied with bill sent by them I have already called to customer care and raised a request they gave a request number 78929, from then I am unable to contact to customer care also. I wrote 2 emails no response for that also the bill date is ahead. i need a clarity about the bill need the response ASAP.
