I am a women of 36 year. I have two kid one boy of 12 year and a girl of 1 year. My Husband is in Saudi Arab. I got transferred from Gurgaon to Mumbai. So I went online and sent a inquiry on real Agarwal packers movers group website but I receive a message from them that day itself that my phone not reachable or switch off so they cannot call. It has never happened that I have missed or Had kept my phone in switch off condition. I am very active in picking up call. Same day itself I got call from some fraud Agarwal packers logistics that they are from agarwal group and when can they come to have a look at the things. It seems that someone from Agarwal had sold my data to them. I thought that they are real agarwal and let them in. They decided to take 19700 for transferring goods from Gurgaon to Mumbai. I agreed. They did not sent me any quotation. I also did not know about all these and had to look after little girl of 1 year so did not see. On the transferring date 2nd april.. they told me that they will take 5800 for insurance . .. I argued with them that they should have told this before but they did not agree.. so anyhow I had to agree as I had no choice as I had my train also next day early morning for Mumbai. If they had told us before we would have looked for some other option. I was not able to note down the numbers on the box as I had to look after little girl. I thought they will be doing right as they are the real trustworthy agarwal. But they were not packing the things properly and was simply dumping the things. I was not able to make out why are they doing so. Also they packed only 50 box and most of the big items I had already sold like AC, Sofa, Beds. They told us that they will deliver withing 5 days. Now We reached Mumbai on 4th April and on 5th April we got one new quotation from APL that they need 39500 RS for goods delivery and that too all in advance before they deliver the things at my door in Navi Mumbai . They told us that goods are more than expected even when they bought it in small van. .. But till 16th April they did not deliver the goods. It was very difficult to stay without my goods.. as you can understand full household goods were with them and little kids with me.. I was helpless. I tried to lodge FIR at Navi Mumbai ppavel branch but they told you need to go to Gurgaon NCR to file FIR. They wont do. How can I go to NCR back from Mumbai again.. its not easy. I tried to contact Gurgaon police also but not very help. Finally I had to pay full amount 39500 more than double what has been decided as they blackmailed that they wont deliver without payment. I received my goods now but more than 50 % brokem and lost. I know that they are cheating others also and some of the real Agarwal packers are also along with them. I need the extra payment refund and a punishment for them if you can help… I have uploaded the same thing on facebook as well and will keep on trying police complain. ltes see when they listen.
