Goods never received

On 3 June I ordered and paid for 12 horse blankets from Stallions & Steeds run by Abhijit Narain. These blankets were never received. After numerous emails and follow ups I was promised a refund and 5 blankets as compensation. The refund was never given nor were the 5 blankets ever received. I was then told I could order anything in the factory to the value of the goods I had originally paid for. I ordered 21 fly sheets. I was promised that these would arrive by 6 August. Despite numerous emails and telephone calls requesting that documentation be sent to me to prove the goods have been sent – this request was never fulfilled. To date I have not received anything nor one piece of documentation to prove the goods were ever sent. Mr Abhijit Narain has not responded to any of my requests for feedback. This is simply theft and I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and unethical company in my entire career.
