I had placed an order on 3rd July for Rakhis to be sent to be UK on 2nd Aug. for the same, an amount of 917 has been debited from my account. however, my brother in UK has not received the same. The contact number given in the site is invalid and the mails sent to them remain unanswered since days. I have no means of contacting them any other way.
