Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice and information that I had booked a consignment dated 22/07/2012 vide L.R. No 2579 from Hyd to Kolkata, through agarwal packworld limited containing certain Used and unused household goods packed in Cartons(25 Nos.). However, the said transporter din’t delivered my whole consignment as per the agreed date (i.e. on 29/07/2012) not only that they have short delivered 02 boxes of my valubale items as well(First Box containing high value apparels and a brand new Sony Handycam camera marked as clothes box and the Second Box containing a used Mirowave oven of Godrej). Kindly look into the matter as the none of the company representatives both at the booking ppoint and the delivery point is anwering my repeated calls made by me upon finding the above short delivery.They have also taken the whole booking and delivery charges as per the booking agreement.
Kindly look into this matter seriously.
