I ordered on line on COD payment one H2O Steam Mop X5 + free gifts. I got a phone call immediately telling that the goods will be despatched in 3 to 4 working days and I should keep the cash ready for payment against delivery. I received a parcel through Fedex courier and they insisted cash payment, collected the payment and then delivered the box. Upon opening I found that the FREE GIFT not inside the parcel and there is only a invoice copy kept inside without any phone number or mail i.d. When I rung up to the number given in in web site i learnt that it is only a one way number and they can only call me. and i also send a mail too, But afterwards there is no call or reply to my various mail reminders. Now they dont respond my mail and all my efforts to get a FREE GIFT is still pending. I do not know how to contact them and I feel I am being cheated by the company.
