My name is Prateek Pandey.
I ordered a product and its side product from Naaptol on 21st of MAY. The side product was delivered but the main product is still not delivered.
I kept mailing the unit and lodge complaints (complain no.- 6258959, 6273088) as I needed it on priority and they kept on saying it would be done ASAP.
But suddenly after 10 days they say that now it cannot be delivered. The complaints were not taken care of any the worst services were provided.
The people of concern were Ms. Mansi Joshi and [email protected].
Keeping on hold and not delivering the promises are customer violation and needs to be taken care of.
Kindly take an action and do let me know.
